Bhubaneswar: Four women died due to unnatural causes in as many separate incidents in Odisha on Wednesday. In the first case, a man allegedly set his wife on fire in Fatatanagar village under Mahulpali police limits in Kuchinda.
In a similar case, the half-burnt body of a woman was recovered from Meriabandali in Junagarh.
The body of a young girl was found hanging near a temple at Bhatli chowk in Bargarh. She was identified as Barsa Mahapatra of Gaisima village.
A man stoned his aunt to death in Padmadaspur village under Mahanga police limits. The accused is mentally unstable, the police said.
