Bhubaneswar: All the passes issued to visitors for Lok Seva Bhawan, Kharavel Bhawan, Krushi Bhawan and Rajib Bhawan in Odisha’s capital have been temporarily suspended, read a letter from Additional Secretary of Home Department, Saroj Kumar Mishra, to all Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Commissioner-cum-Secretaries of the State Government on Wednesday.
“I am directed to say that in view of steep rise in Covid-19 positive cases in Bhubaneswar and in order to minimise the number of visitors coming to Lok Seva Bhawan, Kharavel Bhawan, Rajib Bhawan and Krushi Bhawan, it has been decided to keep in abeyance all passes issued to visitors for these offices till 31.07.2020,” stated Mishra.
He further added that any request for entry of outsiders and for such pass holders will only be entertainment on the request received from the office of the Secretaries of the concerned Department to the Special Secretary of Home Department.
