**Bhubaneswar: ** Torrential rains since Friday night did not only left behind woes of water-logging in the capital city here, but also had other side effects like that of charged door handle of a bank ATM.
The matter got noticed when customers tried to venture into the ATM kiosk to withdraw cash as usual.
The ATM is claimed to be located at Niladri Vihar where a customer exhibited it with a tester for evidence.
