**New Delhi:** The passengers in the Air India flight bound from Bagdogra to New Delhi on Sunday had an unforgettable harrowing experience.
According to reports, just as the passengers boarded the flight, they discovered that the AC was not working. It was brought to the notice of the flight’s crew members who assured that the system would work after the flight takes off.
When the flight was in the sky, the air conditioning system failed to work properly for which some of the passengers even tried to put on the oxygen masks. Ironically, those masks were also malfunctional, according to sources.
The video, showing the passengers fanning themselves due to failure of the AC, went viral on social media.
However, the Air India flight, AI-880 with 168 passengers aboard finally made a safe landing in New Delhi in scheduled time.
