Soro: A minor boy was tied and thrashed in broad daylight amidst people by the locals in Sinkhakhunta village under Soro PS. A man named Bisan Singh has alleged that the boy had stolen around Rs 13,000 and a brand new bicycle from his house few days back.
According to Bisan Singh, the boy allegedly stole and decamped with his booty. As the boy’s family was known to Bisan, he had gone to their place with his complaint. But the boy was not to be found there. So, he planned a booby trap for the accused.
A girl called him on his cellphone, and asked him to meet at a particular place. When the boy turned up, Bisan with his friends grabbed him and tied him. Then they thrashed him black and blue.
The minor boy admitted of stealing the money.
As per reports, the Soro police have rescued the boy.
