Bhubaneswar: The water levels of major rivers in the State are on a declining trend, as per the data shared by the State Emergency Operations Centre (SEOC) on Monday.
However, the water of Subarnarekha is rising at Rajghat. It was flowing at 11.9 metres against the danger level of 10.36 metres at 6 am today.
At Jamsholaghat, the river was flowing at 50.76 metres against the danger level of 49.15 metres and was on a falling trend.
The SEOC also informed that at 6 am today, the water level at Hirakud dam reservoir was 621.87 feet. The inflow was 1,79,830 cusec and outflow was 1,02,503 cusec through four gates.
On the other hand, the discharge at Khairmal was 3.2 lakh cusec, at Barmul it was 4.2 lakh cusec, and at Munduli it was 6.14 lakh cusec.
