Balasore: In a tragic incident, two minor siblings drowned in the Bubabalang River in Odisha’s Balasore district on Wednesday while bathing.
The incident was reported from Remuna Patukashasan village. While one of the deceased is aged 8 years, the other is 17 years old. One brother died on the spot, while the other breathed his last in Beshinga Hospital.
The bodies of the victims have been sent for post-mortem. A pall of gloom descended on the village as the news about the deaths spread.
