Weather Warning: Light Rain/Thundershowers Likely In 16 Odisha Districts In 3 Hours

Bhubaneswar: At least 16 districts of Odisha are likely to experience light rain/thundershower with lightning within the next three hours. The regional center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Bhubaneswar said in its 2.00 pm nowcast warning that the districts that are likely to be affected include Koraput, Nabarangpur, Kandhamal, Angul, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Ganjam, Boudh, Bolangir, Kalahandi, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khurdha (Including Bhubaneswar city), Nayagarh, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, and Sambalpur.

People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strikes.
