What Will Be Pramila Mallick’s Probe Report On Jay Panda?

**Bhubaneswar: ** As BJD supremo and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has entrusted Kendrapada district BJD observer Pramila Mallick with the task of enquiring into the allegations levelled against party MP Baijayant Jay Panda, all are agog to know about the fate of Jay Panda that now hangs in balance following his controversial tweets since long and explosive jibes and barbs against the party leadership recently.

In his media reactions, Pramila Mallick said, “I talked to him (MP Baijayant Panda) today. I’ll submit my report either by today evening or tomorrow morning.”

“During my talks with him, I elicited information on my points enquired. I asked him the questions and he has replied accordingly. I’ll definitely put forth the report before hon’ble Chief Minister,” she informed.

On being enquired if Panda has given his reply in writing, “As there is no time and I have to submit my enquiry report soon, he can’t give it in writing. Hon’ble MP (Jay Panda) is unavailable now. He will be coming on January 23. Hence, I requested him to know my information sought over phone and he has replied over phone.”

Mallick also stated, “Allegations are there that he has spent his MPLAD funds without any consultation with the local MLAs. He has spent the funds as per his sweet wishes.”

Telephonic talks with Pramila Mallick has also been tweeted by Baijayant Panda:

On the other hand, Kendrapada District BJD president Dhruba Sahu told media here, “I have submitted my report to our hon’ble party state president. He has entrusted Kendrapada BJD observer Pramila Mallick to probe into it. Pramila Mallick has already begun her enquiry. Yesterday she had been to Kendrapada and Mahakalpada for enquiry.”

“I would like to urge hon’ble MP Baijayant Panda through media that he should cooperate during the enquiry. Whatever complaints he has, he should better speak out at party forum before our party State president. Let him desist from his childishness of doing politics through mass media and social media.”
