Woman’s Body Recovered From Quarry In Sundergarh

Bhubaneswar: The body of a woman was recovered from a quarry near Jagada Nilasaila College under Jhiripani police station in Sundargarh district this morning. The woman has been identified as Geeta Badhaik of Dalapos area.

According to information, some say that Geeta died after she slipped while bathing in a quarry near Jagada Nilasaila College under Jhiripani police station, while others have expressed doubts about her death. Geeta’s husband was driving an auto and she has a 10-year-old son.

The police are investigating the circumstances of Geeta’s death. A case of unnatural death has been registered in Jhiripani police station in this regard.
