Bhubaneswar: Wishing women on the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik tweeted on Wednesday that the empowerment of women has been at the heart of all the initiatives of the Odisha Government.
“Empowerment of women has been at the heart of all our initiatives whether it is Mamata, Mission Shakti, Gender Budget or participation of women in legislation,” the Chief Minister wrote on his Twitter handle.
“On Women’s Day, let’s celebrate their leadership in society and pledge to create women leaders in every sphere”, the Chief Minister added.
