Dhenkanal: The body of a woman was recovered from a forest in Hindol area of the district on Wednesday morning. The deceased was unclothed, and the remains was spotted by locals in Pada Haridagoja village in Hatura panchayat under Hindol police limits.
According to reports, the deceased had cut marks on her limbs, abdomen, and chest, and it is being suspected that the woman was killed and her body was disposed of in the deserted spot. Police have sent the body for autopsy and waiting for the reports to ascertain the cause of death.
