Bhubaneswar: As the global community is observing World Youth Skills Day on July 15, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik stated how Skilled-in-Odisha has been transformed into an iconic brand and youths of the State are winning global accolades by showcasing their skills.
On this occasion, he asked all to take a pledge to continue the momentum and take Skilled-in-Odisha to newer heights with Skill Vision for Odisha soon.

Recently, Skilled-in-Odisha trainees have achieved major success. 15 trainees from ITI Malkangiri have been selected by Vishvas Power Engineering Pvt Limited, a #Nagpur based company pioneering in switchgear & transformer services.
Designated by United Nations General assembly in 2014, the World Youth Skills Day is an opportunity for young people, technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions, and public and private sector stakeholders to acknowledge and celebrate the importance of equipping young people with skills for employment, decent work and entrepreneurship.
