Angul: A young and vibrant journalist of Angul passed away at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on Friday morning. Raghunath Sahu, 29, was working with Zee Kalinga as a District Correspondent for Angul. Few days back, Sahu had tested positive for Covid-19, reports stated.
Today morning, his health deteriorated at a hospital in Angul after which he was shifted to a private hospital in the Capital City, where he breathed his last. Many from the media fraternity have expressed their condolences on his demise.
“Sahu was a popular face in the media circle in Angul, was very vibrant and had a long way to go. We lost a talent too early,” a senior Journalist of Angul said. His colleagues at Bhubaneswar also remembered Sahu as a promising journalist.
