Bhadrak: A youth impersonating a doctor was caught in the Obstetrics & Gynaecology department of the district headquarters hospital (DHH) here on Wednesday. He has been identified as a native of Jajpur district.
The youth allegedly managed the security guard of the department and made his way to the ward by identifying himself as a newly appointed doctor.
When the CDMO was making rounds on the premises, he caught the youth and interrogated him. The security personnel detained him and upon questioning it was found that the doctor was a fake one.
A probe has been launched into the matter and the police has been apprised of the situation., sources said.
