Bhubaneswar: A 22-year-old youth was killed in a road mishap near Gobardhanpur Fire Station in Jajpur district, last night.
The deceased identified as Abhinash Mohapatra of Gopalpur area was on his way home after attending a wedding reception when the mishap occurred. The road mishap also left two occupants of the car critically injured.
As per reports, the driver of the car lost control for which the car overturned killing Abhinash on the spot and injuring two others.
On a tip-off, police rushed to the spot and admitted the patients to SCB Medical College and Hospital. However, the identities of the injured youths are yet to be identified.
