Bhubaneswar: A youth died under suspicious circumstances in Sankraposh village of Badagaon block in Sundargarh district last night. The deceased has been identified as Parupun Banchhur (32). The family has filed a murder complaint.
According to information, Papun had gone to his village liquor shop to drink liquor last evening but didn’t return home. His leg was reportedly burnt, raising suspicions about the circumstances surrounding his death. It’s alleged that he was murdered.
The Badagaon police are continuing the investigation and have recovered the body. The police say that the investigation will continue after the scientific team arrives from Sundargarh.
