Youth Goes Missing In Luna River

Cuttack: A youth has gone missing while bathing in the Luna river near Nagamatha in Nischinatakoili block of Cuttack district today.

The missing youth has been identified as Raj Kumar Senapati of Buhala village.

According to reports, Raj Kumar along with a few of his friends had gone to bathe in the Luna river in the afternoon today after playing Holi.

While bathing Raj Kumar was swept away due to the current in the river.

His friends who had accompanied him to the river for a bath reported the matter to the Fire Service.

Following this, Fire Service personnel launched an operation to rescue him.
