Youth Injured In Firing In Sundargarh

Sundargarh: A youth was injured in firing at an under-construction coal washery in Garjanbahal under Hemgiri police limits in Sundargarh district on Thursday.

The injured youth has been shifted to a hospital at Raigad in neighbouring Chhattisgarh.

According to reports, over 200 rounds were blank fired over business rivalry between two business partners of Chhattisgarh. A youth belonging to Sundargarh was injured in the firing.

Police have launched an investigation into the incident. A police team from Sundargarh has left for Raigad.
