Berhampur: In a shocking incident, a man and his son allegedly stabbed his nephew to death in Rohigaon Bada Sahi under Berhampur Sadar police limits.
The deceased was identified as Madhusudan Jena, while his uncle Prasanna Jena and cousin have been accused of committing the murder.
According to reports, Madhusudan and his uncle Prasanna had a bitter argument on Wednesday night over some issue. The matter became worse when Prasanna and his son brought a sharp weapon and stabbed Madhusudan, who died on the spot.
On being informed, police reached the village, recovered the body and sent it for autopsy. Initial probe suggests that the murder was committed over issues related to the deceased’s farmland.
