Kendrapara: A youth was injured after being attacked by a crocodile at Nimapur village under Pattamundai police limits of Kendrapara district on Saturday.
Reportedly, the youth had gone to the banks of river Brahmani today morning to attend nature’s call. He was attacked by a crocodile there.
The youth managed to escape from the clutches of the crocodile. Hearing his screams, some villagers arrived at the spot and rushed him to Pattamundai Community Health Centre.
He was later shifted to the district headquarters hospital. His condition is now stated to be stable.
