Koraput: The body of a youth was found under a bridge in Deogathi panchayat under Sadar police limits here today morning. The bloodied body of the youth was spotted by commuters who informed the police.
Prima facie investigation revealed the youth was beaten to death and his body was disposed of in the jungle. A forensic team is working to ascertain the identity of the deceased.
Meanwhile, Koraput Sadar police have registered a case and initiated a probe.
