Youth’s Body With Severed Head Found On Railway Tracks Near Nergundi

Cuttack: The mutilated body of a youth was recovered from the railway track near Nergundi railway station in Odisha’s Cuttack district on Friday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Tirupati Reddy, a tyre mechanic in a private company.

The body was found with its hands and feet tied and head separated.

Tirupati’s family members alleged that he was murdered and then dumped on the railway tracks with his hands and legs tied.

Tangi police and Railway Police Force (RPF) personnel have reached the spot, seized the body and started an investigation.
