Covid-19: Puri District Court Premises Declared Micro Containment Zone

Puri: The District Court premises here has been declared as Micro Containment Zone following detection of five positive cases of Covid-19.

District Magistrate & Collector Puri-cum-Empowered Officer Samarth Verma declared District Court Premises Puri, Ward No. 12 under the jurisdiction of Puri Municipality as a Micro Containment Zone today.

Here are the conditions imposed in the order.

1. No public shall be allowed to move into the Micro Containment Zone and inhabitants within the Micro Containment Zone shall not move out.
2. All the inhabitants within the Micro Containment Zone shall strictly remain in home. All the shopping establishments of whatsoever nature should be closed immediately. The supply of essential commodities and medical requirements will be ensured through various Teams under the direction of the Executive Officer, Puri Municipality.
3. All the Govt. and private Institutions located within the boundary of the containment zone are hereby closed forthwith.
4. Executive Officer, Puri Municipality & ADMO, Puri are directed for regular health surveillance in the Micro Containment Zone area.
5. The shutdown period is effective from 7.00 A.M of 08.01.2022 to 7.00 A.M of 13.01.2022.
