Bargarh: The identity of a girl who was murdered and her body was disposed Rani Jora bridge has been established. The deceased was identified as Andhari Deep (29), a native of Tejang village in Raksa panchayat under Barpali block.
According to reports, the girl was in love with a boy over the last two years. Due to the caste barrier, the tie was not accepted by the boy’s family. Deep came to know that her lover is getting married on May 12 following which the duo had an argument.
The police suspect the argument and differences resulted in the murder of the girl. She was killed at another place while her body was disposed of under the bridge. Barpali police have registered a case and investigating further.
