Cuttack: In a fresh twist to the Ollywood couple Anubhav-Varsha marital discord, Cuttack District Judge Court today ordered an interim stay on Cuttack Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) Court’s order directing Varsha to vacate Anubhav’s house.
The District Judge Court has ordered the stay till the next date of hearing on the matter which has been fixed for July 4.
Earlier during the hearing of a petition by Ollywood actor turned politician and Kendrapara MP Anubhav Mohanty, the SDJM court here had ordered Varsha Priyadarshini to vacate Anubhav’s house within two months.
The court had directed Anubhav to pay Varsha Rs 30,000 per month towards house rent to take a house on rent elsewhere.
However, Varsha had moved the District Judge Court challenging the SDJM Court’s order.
