Bhubaneswar: Woman accused of extortion in Bhubaneswar, Archana Nag met her husband Jagabandhu Chand on the premises of Special Jail here in Jharpada. Both Nag and Chand are lodged in the prison in connection with a case of blackmail and extortion.
According to reports, the duo met in the presence of the Jail Superintendent and Female Warder at the office of the Special Jail. The meeting lasted for about 15 minutes.
If married couples are lodged in the same prison, the iail authorities can take a call on permitting and arranging a meeting for them. Nag and Chand had requested the Jharpada jail authorities for the meet.
