Puri: A total of 160 to 170 platoons of policemen will be deployed for the Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath and his siblings, informed DGP Sunil Bansal.
The DGP made the announcement after reviewing the law and order situation for Rath Yatra. He said that special arrangements have been made for chariot pulling and VVIP security, crowd management, and traffic control.
