Orissa HC CJ Muralidhar Lays Foundation Of Mayurbhanj Districts & Sessions Court Building In Baripada

Mayurbhanj: Orissa High Court Chief Justice S Muralidhar on Saturday laid the foundation stone of a new building of the District and Sessions Court at Baripada Murgabadi through a video conferencing ceremony. While Justice Muralidhar laid the foundation stone in a virtual mode, High Court judge Justices B Arshadhangi, Devabrat Das, and AK Mohapatra were present in person.
The process of shifting the Baripada District Court has been started a long time back. The current site was selected near the Murgabadi Circle Jail area keeping in view various aspects. The foundation stone for the new building was laid after the High Court judges gave their consent.
