Dhenkanal: Ayush physician of Odapada Community Health Centre (CHC) in Dhenkanal district Dr Abani Kanta Sahu on Wednesday was found dead lying in a pool of blood at his residence under mysterious circumstances.
According to reports, Dr Sahu was found lying in a pool of blood at his residence by a driver of the CHC.
He had vomited blood. On examination by the CHC authorities Dr Sahu was found dead.
On being informed a scientific team from Dhenkanal police headquarters rushed to the spot examined the spot and upon seizing the body sent it for conduct of autopsy.
Dr Sahu was 38. He was a native of Dihadola village under Parjang police limits.
Motanga police have registered an unnatural death case in this connection.
