Puri: When someone runs out of money, he or she resorts to unscrupulous means to earn money. However, a US national has resorted to selling tea on sea beach in Puri after he exhausted all his money.
The American tourist identified as John has set up a tea stall on the sea beach to sell tea to earn money. Of late, his tea stall has become quite popular among the youths.
According to sources, John had come to India in a trip. John had exhausted all his money after visiting a few tourist places across the country. It was one of his friends from Rajasthan who advised him to set up a tea stall for the sake of earning.
Following his friend’s advice, John came to Puri and set up his tea stall at Puri beach to generate funds so that he could continue his trip. And to his surprise, his tea-stall has become a favourite hangout destination for young people.
It is learnt that John takes Rs 5-10 per a cup of tea.
