Bhubaneswar: The twin city of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack on Saturday experienced light to moderate rainfall in the morning.
The regional centre of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light to moderate rain for different districts of Odisha today.
According to the weather reports, light to moderate rain will drizzle in north and coastal parts of Odisha such as Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Angul, Dhenkanal, Deogarh, Sundargarh, Boudh, Kandhamal. Also, the districts of South Odisha such as Rayagada, Koraput, and Malkangiri are likely to experience light to moderate rainfall.
Thunderstorms with lightning are very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Angul, Dhenkanal, Puri, Khurda, Nayagarh, and Boudh, it added and issued Yellow Warning for these districts.
