Two Youths Injured As Miscreants Open Fire In Sundargarh

Sundargarh: Miscreants opened fire at two youths injuring them critically on Biju Expressway on State Highway 10 in Sundargarh, on Friday.

According to sources, five bike-borne miscreants wearing masks opened fire at the youths identified as Bikram Tandan and Sunil Ratnakar before fleeing the scene. Both the victims belong to Shakti region of Raigarh district of Chhattisgarh. The incident took place when Bikram and Sunil were traveling in a pick-up van.

Locals rescued both the injured and admitted them to a nearby hospital.

However, police are yet to ascertain the reason behind firing and nab the miscreants.
