Bhubaneswar: Upset over withdrawal of party ticket for contesting from Keonjhar Lok Sabha seat Mohan Hembram and his wife resigned from the primary membership of Congress on Saturday.
Worth mentioning, the Congress had announced Hembram as its candidate for the Keonjhar Lok Sabha seat. However, after the announcement of his name Congress office bearers in Keonjhar district resigned en masse. Later, after a few days, Congress changed Hembram as its candidate and announced Binod Bihari Naik as its candidate for the Keonjhar Lok Sabha seat.
