Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has transferred senior OAS officer Chitrasen Rout and OFS officer Umesh Chandra Tripathy and posted them in the office of Chief Minister as Additional secretaries.
A notification issued by the General Administration Department stated that Rout currently serving as Additional Secretary of Works department was transferred to the CMO.
“Chitrasen Rout, OAS (SAG), Additional Secretary to Government, Works Department is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Hon’ble Chief Minister, Odisha,” the notification read.
Similarly, Additional Secretary of Steel & Mines Department Umesh Chandra Tripathy was shifted to the CMO.
“Umesh Chandra Tripathy, OFS(SAG),FA cum Addl. Secretary to Government, Steel & Mines Department is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the office of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Odisha,” a separate notification issued by the Finance Department said.
