Odisha To Witness Light To Moderate Rain For Next 7 Days

Bhubaneswar: Several districts of Odisha are likely to experience light to moderate rain and thundershowers during the next seven days, as forecasted by the regional centre of the India Meteorological Department in Bhubaneswar in its mid-day bulletin on Wednesday.

Heavy rainfall has been reported at one or two locations in Bargarh, Keonjhar, and Deogarh districts in North Interior Odisha.

Light to moderate rainfall has occurred at several places in the districts of interior Odisha and a few places along the Coastal Odisha.

The highest maximum temperature of 36.0°C was recorded in Nuapada, while the lowest minimum temperature of 22.0°C was recorded in Angul of Odisha.

Light to moderate rain/thundershower is very likely to occur at many places across the districts of Odisha.

YELLOW WARNING (BE UPDATED): Thunderstorms with lightning are very likely to occur at one or two places in Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, and Bargarh.

Day 2: (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 04.07.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 05.07.2024)

Light to moderate rain/thundershower is very likely to occur at many places across the districts of Odisha.

YELLOW WARNING (BE UPDATED): Thunderstorms with lightning are very likely to occur at one or two places in Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, and Bargarh.

Day 3: (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 05.07.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 06.07.2024)

Light to moderate rain/thundershower is very likely to occur at many places across the districts of Odisha.

Day 4: (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 06.07.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 07.07.2024)

Light to moderate rain/thundershowers are very likely to occur at many places across the districts of Odisha.

YELLOW WARNING (BE UPDATED): Heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Mayurbhanj, and Keonjhar.

Day 5: (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 07.07.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 08.07.2024)

Light to moderate rain/thundershowers are very likely to occur at many places across the districts of Odisha.

YELLOW WARNING (BE UPDATED): Heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, and Gajapati.

Day 6: (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 08.07.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 09.07.2024)

Light to moderate rain/thundershowers are very likely to occur at many places across the districts of Odisha.

Day 7: (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 09.07.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 10.07.2024)

Light to moderate rain/thundershowers are very likely to occur at many places across the districts of Odisha.
