Bhubaneswar: A delegation of journalists called on Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at his chamber in the Vidhan Sabha on Friday.
The delegation of journalists led by senior scribe Prasanna Mohanty congratulated the Chief Minister for presenting a development and welfare-oriented budget.
That apart, the delegation apprised the Chief Minister of the various problems faced by the journalists. CM Majhi told them that he is aware of these problems. He said the government will look into the problems faced by journalists and take appropriate steps.
Journalists Jitendra Patnaik, Pradipta Mahapatra, Harihar Chand, Prasant Swain, Pritikanta Nayak, Sujit Bisoi, Debasish Sasmal, Biswaranjan Mahapatra, Soumya Ranjan Sahu and several others accompanied Mohanty in the delegation.
