Two Killed, Another Injured In Motorcycle Accident In Nabarangpur

Nabarangpur: A tragic motorcycle accident occurred near Bodamunda on the Taragaon-Pilika road under Nabarangpur police station, which claimed two lives.

Another youth was critically injured in the mishap and is undergoing treatment at the hospital.

The deceased have been identified as Jalandhar Bhatra of Pilika village and Shiv Bhatra of Kharki village. Narahari Bhatra of Pilika village, who was riding the pillion, sustained severe injuries and is battling for life.

According to reports, the three were travelling to Pilika village on a motorcycle when the rider lost control, and dashed against a roadside tree. The injured were rushed to Nabarangpur District Headquarters Hospital by ‘108’ ambulance, where two were pronounced dead.
