Bhubaneswar: The festive season in Odisha kicked off with great enthusiasm and fervour as the state celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi with pomp and gaiety.

Educational institutions have been decked up in vibrant decorations, adding to the festive atmosphere. Thousands of magnificent puja pandals have been set up across the state, creating a joyful ambience.
Cuttack, known as the Millennium City, is abuzz with excitement as residents and devotees come together to celebrate the occasion. The city’s Gymial Club in Nuapada is home to the tallest Ganesh idol this year, standing at an impressive 31 feet, and is being worshipped by devotees.
