Miscreants Rob Woman Of Rs 50K While Returning Home In Sundargarh

Bhubaneswar: A woman was robbed of her money bag containing Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 while returning home from a customer service center on Sunday night.

The incident occurred near a church in the Tensa police outpost of Odisha’s Sundargarh district.

According to reports, the woman was heading home around 9.00 pm with her bag, which contained between Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000.

While she was walking, a group of miscreants on a bike snatched the bag from her.

After the robbery, the woman reported the incident at the Tensa outpost.

The police have since begun an investigation to identify and apprehend the culprits.
