Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light to moderate rainfall in several districts of Odisha over the next three days.
Going by IMD prediction, few areas of Puri, Khordha, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Nabarangapur, Koraput and Malkangiri districts will experience light to moderate rainfall in the next 24 hours.
On Wednesday, similar weather conditions are likely to prevail in Kalahandi, Nabarangapur, Rayagada, Koraput and Malkangiri districts.
For Thursday, IMD has forecast light showers in Gajapati, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Koraput and Malkangiri. Similar weather conditions will persist in Gajapati, Rayagada, Koraput and Malkangiri on Friday.
However, the weather is expected to remain mostly dry on Saturday and Sunday.
The IMD has, however, issued no weather warnings for the next five days.
