The special squad of the police caught the three accused including a woman from Sarankula area in Nayagarh district. Though the exact motive behind the crime is still unclear, past enmity over the brown sugar business is said to be the reason behind the killing.
All the three accused are being questioned, police said.
The daylight murder today rocked State Capital which is under a heavy security blanket for the three-day Pravasi Bharatiya Divas convention from January 8-10.
