Bhubaneswar: In recognition of its exemplary efforts in managing the Simultaneous General Elections 2024, the Sundargarh District Administration has been awarded. The honour, presented by the Chief Secretary and Chief Electoral Officer, Odisha, is a testament to the team’s dedication and hard work.
The award acknowledges the remarkable teamwork and commitment displayed by the entire team, including the ADM Revenue, Sub-Collector Sadar, and other district officials. Their tireless efforts ensured the smooth and efficient conduct of the elections.
In addition to the district administration’s award, recognition was also given to outstanding individuals who contributed to the success of the 2024 elections. Awards were presented to the Best Booth Level Officer (BLO), Best BLO Supervisor, and Best Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (AERO) from seven assembly constituencies.
The event also celebrated the participation of students in district-level competitions across various categories which highlighted the importance of active engagement in the electoral process and the power of every vote in strengthening democracy.
