12 Injured As Bus Hits Roadside Tree In Khurdha

Bhubaneswar: A tragic road accident occurred near Bolagarh Gopabandhu Square on National Highway 57 in Khurdha, leaving 12 persons injured, with 5 reported to be in critical condition.

The passenger bus, Narayani, crashed into a tree before being thrown off the road, causing significant damage to its front portion.

Rescue teams immediately rushed to the scene, evacuating the injured and critically wounded passengers to a nearby hospital for treatment. The bus driver is also being treated in a critical condition.

Police have initiated an investigation into the incident to determine the cause of the accident.
