Odisha Hikes Remuneration Of Junior Teachers (Schematics) In Primary & Upper Primary Schools

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Wednesday enhanced the monthly remuneration of Junior Teacher (Schematics) engaged in primary and upper primary schools of the state under the Samagra Sikshya Scheme from Rs 11,100 to Rs 16,000.

The revised rate of remuneration will take effect from the date of issue of the resolution in this regard. In other words, the enhanced rate will be effective from Thursday.

A notification issued by the order of the Governor states that the resolution will be pubmished in an extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette.
