According to a press statement of the Odisha Vigilance the complainant had been requesting Nayak to move his file for above purpose since the last one month. However, the accused was demanding a bribe of Rs 20,000 to get his work done. Left with no option, the complainant reported the matter to Odisha Vigilance explaining his harassment.
