Bhadrak: As many as 10 pilgrims sustained injuries as a container truck collided with a bus they were travelling in near Chhatabar under Bhandaripokhari police limits on National Highway 16 on Saturday.
The road mishap took place when the bus was on its way to Puri from Tata.
According to eyewitnesses, the bus had stopped to change a tire when the container truck slammed into it from behind. The impact was so severe that over 10 persons were injured due to the collision.
The injured were initially rushed to the Bhandaripokhari Community Health Center and later shifted to the Bhadrak District Headquarters Hospital for further treatment.
