Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi held his tenth public grievance hearing session in Bhubaneswar, continuing his direct outreach to citizens. Around 1,000 individuals had registered online for the session, which is being held in a newly arranged chamber in Unit 2.
As per reports, due to the heatwave and high humidity, the hearing was conducted during morning hours, with comprehensive arrangements made for the comfort of attendees and officials. The chamber was equipped with seating, fans, coolers, drinking water, and toilet facilities.
The General Administration Department has made comprehensive arrangements to ensure smooth operations. Most importantly, special provisions were also made for divyang individuals to ensure accessibility.
Citizens who had registered their grievances online through the state government’s portal janasunani.odisha.gov.in or the Janasunani mobile app have arrived at the complaint cell with acknowledgement slips, identity proof, and written complaints to raise their concerns directly to the Chief Minister.
This initiative reflects the Chief Minister’s commitment to visiting various districts to listen to public complaints and work towards their resolution.
