Rourkela: Bondamunda police in Rourkela police district on Monday arrested six persons and seized four country-made pistols, one country-made revolver, 15 nos. of live ammunition, sword, mobile phones, etc. from their possession.
According to reports, these persons were arrested while they were attempting a dacoity. A notorious criminal identified as Bittu Tanti who is said to be the mastermind is among the arrestees. Tanti has over 34 criminal cases against him at various police stations.
