Bhubaneswar: The Ministry of Home Affairs has approved the appointment of IPS officer Sagarika Nath, a 2016 batch officer from the Odisha cadre, as Superintendent of Police (SP) in the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on a deputation basis.
The Ministry has requested the Odisha government to relieve Nath from her current assignment immediately, enabling her to assume her new responsibilities at the Centre.
